Find Hope. Heal Deeply. Thrive Fully.

Integrative psychiatric care for adults California and Georgia that looks beyond symptoms to help you build lasting mental wellness.

Healing begins with being heard. At Solace Psychiatry, you’ll receive thoughtful, personalized care that combines evidence-based psychiatry with an integrative approach focused on your whole health.

You Are More Than a Diagnosis

Mental health is deeply personal. Your experiences, relationships, sleep, physical health, stress, and daily habits all shape how you think and feel.

Rather than asking only, “What medication should we use?”, we begin with a different question

“How did you get here?”

By understanding your story, we can create a treatment plan that’s tailored to you—not just your diagnosis

Why Solace Psychiatry

At Solace Psychiatry, I believe meaningful healing comes from partnership. Medication can be an important part of treatment, but it is rarely the whole picture.

Together we’ll look at the factors that influence your mental health, including sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and lifestyle, while using evidence-based psychiatric care to help you move toward lasting wellness.

My goal isn’t simply to help you feel better for today. It’s to help you build a healthier, more resilient future.

Built for Lasting Wellness

There is life beyond this season.

Whether you’ve been struggling for months or for years, hope is real, healing is possible, and you don’t have to walk this journey alone.

How It Works

A Process Designed for Clarity, Not Confusion.

1

Decide if Solace Psychiatry is the right fit for you.

No commitment. Just a chance to ask questions, confirm insurance, and decide if Solace Psychiatry is the right fit for you.

2

Comprehensive Evaluation

Your first appointment runs 60–90 minutes — a structured diagnostic interview exploring your full history, symptoms, and goals. Not a rushed intake.

3

Clear Diagnosis + Treatment Plan

You leave your first appointment with a working diagnosis, the clinical reasoning behind it, and a structured plan with defined next steps.

4

Ongoing Care at Your Pace

Follow-ups every 2–4 weeks early on, then monthly once stable. Medication decisions are always explained. You are never left wondering what changed or why.

Expert psychiatric guidance designed around your life, not just a diagnosis.
